Yoga

This class will be taught by Tracie Rothe who is Nationally Certified in Hatha and Raja Yoga. Her philosophy is that every person, no matter their age, health style or fitness level will benefit physically, mentally and emotionally by incorporating yoga into their life. During yoga, participants will learn postures, breath control, meditation and relaxation techniques.
