The preliminary plan for the councilmember districts will be available at the hearing and is also available for public inspection during normal business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday from now until the date of the public hearing.

In addition you need to be aware that the City Council has adopted Guidelines for public participation. The Guidelines, among other things, require that comments be submitted in writing even if you make them orally at the hearing; all written comments are due by the close of the hearing.
