Early voting for the 2020 Election began Tuesday, Oct. 13 and will continue until Friday, Oct. 30. During early voting and on Election Day, Fort Bend and Harris County residents may vote at any polling location within their appropriate county.
Due to technical glitches at several Fort Bend County polling locations that caused a delayed start yesterday, the County has extended voting hours from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. from today, Wednesday, Oct. 14, through Saturday, Oct. 17.
The Fort Bend County early voting locations in Missouri City are as follows:
- Community Center, 1522 Texas Pkwy.
- Quail Valley Fund Office, 3603 Glenn Lakes Lane
- Hightower High School, 3333 Hurricane Lane
- Sienna Annex Community Room, 5855 Sienna Springs Way

The Harris County early voting locations near Missouri City are as follows:
- Raindrop Turkish House – Ballroom, 9301 West Bellfort Blvd.
- The Power Center – Green Room, 12401 South Post Oak Road

The positions on the ballot for the 2020 Missouri City General Election are Mayor, At-Large Position #1 and At-Large Position #2. Candidates are on the ballot in the following order:

- Councilmember At-Large Position #1
- Vashaundra Edwards
- Reginald Pearson

Residents will also decide on the Missouri City Special Election, which includes the proposition providing for or against adoption of the firefighters’ and police officers’ civil service system.
