It’s time to tee off for a good cause.
Missouri City is proud to host the 2012 Fort Bend Chamber Challenge at Quail Valley Golf Course on Monday, Nov. 5 at 11 a.m. Joining the “Show Me City” in sponsoring this year’s premier golf tournament is Classic Chevrolet.
Players will compete on the challenging, award-winning El Dorado and will convene afterward in the elegant, new City Centre to enjoy steak dinners compliments of LongHorn Steakhouse and live and silent auctions.
Proceeds from the Challenge go toward supporting Chamber programs in education, government, leadership, and infrastructure planning.
During the charity competition, players will have prime opportunities to walk away with plenty of awards, including those for the first place teams and hole-in-one contests. “We’re excited to be partnering with the Chamber and we’re glad they selected us to host their event,” said Quail Valley Golf Course General Manager Tyson Stittleburg. “I think it’s going to be a great event.”
The Chamber enthusiastically concurs. “The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce is very excited about having our annual golf tournament at Quail Valley Golf Course and the new City Centre,” said Farrah Gandhi, Director of Marketing. “This tournament traditionally used to be played at this course and we look forward to coming back home.”
Corporate sponsorships are available and corporate teams and individuals are invited to participate for $800 and $200, respectively. To register, visit www.fortbendchamber.com, call Jan-Michael Jenkins at 281-491-0218 or email Mr. Jenkins at jan@fortbendcc.org.
