Caroline Kelley

Caroline Kelley is the City Attorney for the City of Missouri City.

She started working for Missouri City in 2000 as an Assistant City Attorney/Prosecutor and became the City's First Assistant City Attorney in 2003.

A graduate of Baylor University with Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration, Kelley earned her doctor of jurisprudence from New York University School of Law.
