Frank Simpson

Frank Simpson started serving as City Manager for Missouri City on January 7, 2004. He previously served as City Manager for the City of Webster from 2001 to 2004 and served as City Manager for Center, Texas from 1995 until 2001.

Simpson's municipal background started in College Station where he worked as an Administrative Assistant and Administrative Manager. From there he went to La Marque where he served as Administrative Assistant and Assistant City Manager prior to accepting a City Manager's position in Center, Texas in 1995.

Simpson holds a master's degree in public administration and a bachelor of science degree in political science from Texas A & M University. He has numerous professional and civic statewide affiliations and currently serves on the Texas Municipal Retirement System Board of Trustees. Simpson and his wife, Kelly, have three children.
