Membership
Please bring valid identification when registering for your membership. Acceptable identification includes:
- Texas Identification Card
- Valid Drivers License
- Current Utility Billing Statement with photo ID
- Tax Statements with photo ID
Residents are defined as those persons who live or own property within the established city limits of Missouri City. Possession of a Missouri City mailing address does not constitute residency.
A membership photo will be taken at the time of registration, and you will be presented with a membership card. You must present this card to the Recreation Center staff to enter the facility. The ID card is non-transferable and there is a $5.00 replacement fee of any lost or stolen card.
Fill out the FITNESS CENTER REGISTRATION FORM completely and sign.
Payment is made at the time of registration. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and money orders. Checks should be made payable to MCPARD.
