    The Missouri City Parks & Recreation Department hosts senior bingo monthly for area residents who are 50+. Come fellowship with your peers, enjoy dinner and play friendly rounds of bingo for great prizes! Tickets can be purchased at the door.

  2. Backyard Composting

    August 19, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

    The cost of this class is $20 for each person registering. Accompanying family members are free. Each person registering will receive one compost bin valued at $60. Only one compost bin will be given out per family.

If you prefer to pay by check, make checks payable to Missouri City Green and send with the registration form to: Missouri City Green, PO Box 1175, Missouri City, TX 77459. No cash accepted and the $20 registration fee is nonrefundable.

    The City Council meets regularly on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings are open to the public. The City Council sets policy for the governance of the City of Missouri City.   5. How Does it Work?

    August 29, 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM

    Join us for a tour of the Missouri City Fire Station 1! Get a behind the scenes look and learn about the responsibility of the station, it's personnel and the assigned equipment. On the day of the tour, we will meet at the station. Parking will not be available in front of the station. Participants must park in the Police Department parking lot (3849 Cartwright Rd.) and walk along the side of the building to the station.

    To participate in the tour, you must RSVP through the Recreation & Tennis Center. Stop by the center or call 281-403-8637. Tour spots are limited, call today!
