Permit & Inspection Fee Payments
Escrow accounts are set up upon request as a convenience to frequent customers. The account is drawn upon for required permit and inspection fees. Establishing an escrow account enables permit and inspection fees, including re-inspection fees, to be quickly paid without the need for an additional trip to the Permits office.

There is no fee to establish an escrow account, but a minimum opening balance of $500 is required.
