Crazy Hare Dash

Cost: $10, must register

Join us for an adventure style dash through Community Park! The Crazy Hare Dash is untimed and all about fun! Work your way through the park stopping at 6 “Crazy Hare” themed stations. This event is sure to be a hoppin’ good time!

Participants will be split into two heats. Ages 4-7 in heat 1 and ages 8 & up in heat 2. Heat 1 will begin at 3:15 pm and heat 2 will follow. The dash will start next to the softball fields’ parking lot by the disc golf course.

Come out for a day full of music, art, and food at our first MCTX Fest! Try food from local restaurants and check out our art market featuring local artisans. Sit back and enjoy the variety of live music on the big stage throughout the day featuring performances by Blue Water Highway, Griffin House, A. Sinclair, Cari Q, Bourbon Street Band, and Campfire Soul. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Trash-Off 2017

Cost: Free

Join the largest one day cleanup effort in Texas! Volunteers will be assigned various parks and trails in Missouri City to remove trash from before returning to the Community Center for a reception and awards. 

NOTE: All participants under 18 must be supervised by an adult. ALL volunteers need to complete a signed waiver and bring to event in order to participate. To register for this event, visit Missouri City Green's website.

Senior Field Trip
Painted Churches

Cost: $25, includes lunch

Join us for a tour of the historic Painted Churches of Schulenburg! Halfway through the tour will be a stop for lunch at Oakridge Smokehouse.This trip will include a significant amount of walking and standing while on the tour. Limited spots are available!
