The City Council of the City of Missouri City will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 5, 2016, at the City Council Chambers – 2nd Floor, City Hall Building, 1522 Texas Parkway (FM-2234), Missouri City, Texas at 7:00 p.m.
 
PURPOSE:
To receive comments for or against a request by Pastor Rudolf White, Jr., Christian Bible Baptist Church to rezone an approximate 23.0592 acre tract  of land from SUP, Specifi c Use Permit (Ordinance O-08-30) and LC-2, local retail district to PD, Planned Development District to allow for the location of a mixed use development to include the existing church campus; proposed commercial/retail uses; and multifamily residential uses; and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom.
