The City Council of the City of Missouri City will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 6, 2017, at the City Council Chambers – 2nd Floor, City Hall Building, 1522 Texas Parkway (FM-2234), Missouri City, Texas at 7:00 p.m.

PURPOSE:
To receive comments for or against a request by Bill Odle of TBG Partners to zone an approximate 11.287 acre tract of land presently classified as SD, Suburban district to LC-3, Retail district to allow for uses permitted within LC-3, Retail district, and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom.

SITE LOCATION:
The subject site is located on the west side of Sienna Ranch Road and Highway 6 intersection; east side of the Flat Bank Creek/levee; northwest and west of Houston Methodist Emergency Care Center and northeast of Sonic Drive-in restaurant.

PURPOSE:
To receive comments for or against a request by TBG Partners to amend the regulations and restrictions of PD, Planned Development District #36 to merge a portion of an area identified as Tract A into an area identified as Tract D and to allow for all of the regulations and restrictions pertaining to Tract D within this area; and to the extent such rezoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom.

SITE LOCATION:
PD #36 is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Bees Passage and Sienna Parkway and includes a shopping center containing a Timewise gas station (4225 Sienna Parkway, Suite 100), a Sienna Cleaners (4225 Sienna Parkway, Suite 300); and a child care center, the Learning Experience at
4112 Bees Loop.
