High Intensity Interval Training
High intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) is a series of cardio exercises that maximizes calorie burn in minimal time. The workout burns more calories and fat than traditional cardio for a full 24 hours after working out. By taking this class you will burn fat while preserving muscle to give you the best results!
