GET HIRED!
Get Hired will offer employers hiring incentives to attract employees & encourages those individuals to stay hired by paying incentives after 90 days of continuous employment. Incentives are paid to the employer who then disburses those funds directly to the employee.
The “Get Hired” Program funded by the American Rescue Plan Act will launch on September 8th in an effort to help Small Businesses hire and retain new employees.
Employers will be paid a 10% administrative fee to cover any of their incurred cost to process the incentive.
