Here are some examples of fire and emergency medical service (EMS) disciplines that department firefighters train in:

  • Arson
  • Emergency medical services (EMS)
  • Fire suppression
  • Firefighter safety
  • Hazardous materials

Through the division, Missouri City Fire and Rescue Services personnel attend specialty schools, conferences, and seminars throughout the state and country. For this reason, our citizens can count on the best trained and educated firefighters to respond to their needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
