YOGA

Gentle Yoga: This class is a slow-paced Vinyasa style yoga focusing on breathing and proper alignment. Students will work to improve flexibility, balance, and core strength.

Yoga for Everybody and Senior Yoga: Classes are taught by Ken in a way that even beginners can pick up on easily! 

  • When: Thursdays at 8:30 am
  • Location: Recreation & Tennis Center
  • Fees: Free for members; $5 for potential members

TAI CHI

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

  • When: Tuesdays, 6:30 pm
  • Location: Recreation & Tennis Center
  • Fees: $10 per class

TOTAL BODY MAX

In this class you will build strength while working on all major muscle groups. Join Total Body Max to get lean and toned.

  • When: Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00 am and 10:00 am classes
  • Location: Recreation & Tennis Center
  • Fees: Free for members; $5 for nonmembers

SENIOR STRENGTH

This class teaches participants proper form and technique on various muscular strength and endurance exercises using a variety of equipment and movements.

  • When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 - 10:30 am OR 12:00 - 1:00 pm
  • Location: Recreation & Tennis Center
  • Ages: 50+ years
  • Fees: Free for members, $5 for non-members

U-JAM

U-Jam Fitness is a cardio workout like no other! Combine world beats and urban flavor to get your body moving. Music ranges from Hip-Hop to Bollywood.

  • When: Tuesdays, 5:30 pm; Thursdays, 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 9:30 am
  • Location: Recreation & Tennis Center
  • Fees: Free for members; $5 for protentional members

RISE n’ GRIND OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP

Every Saturday morning in join the Rise n’ Grind outdoor boot Camp! Go through a series of circuits and exercises to really get your heart pumping to start the weekend!
