Gentle Yoga: This class is a slow-paced Vinyasa style yoga focusing on breathing and proper alignment. Students will work to improve flexibility, balance, and core strength.

Yoga for Everybody and Senior Yoga: Classes are taught by Ken in a way that even beginners can pick up on easily! 


Yoga for Everybody: Tuesdays, 8:30 am or Thursdays 9:45 am
Gentle Yoga: Wednesdays, 10:30 am
Senior Yoga: Thursdays, 8:30 am

Free for members; $5 for potential members


U-Jam Fitness is a cardio workout like no other! Combine world beats and urban flavor to get your body moving. Music ranges from Hip-Hop to Bollywood.

When: Tuesdays, 5:30 pm; Thursdays, 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 9:30 am

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
