Gentle Yoga: This class is a slow-paced Vinyasa style yoga focusing on breathing and proper alignment. Students will work to improve flexibility, balance, and core strength.

Yoga for Everybody and Senior Yoga: Classes are taught by Ken in a way that even beginners can pick up on easily! 


Yoga for Everybody: Tuesdays, 8:30 am or Thursdays 9:45 am

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

U-Jam Fitness is a cardio workout like no other! Combine world beats and urban flavor to get your body moving. Music ranges from Hip-Hop to Bollywood.

This class teaches participants proper form and technique on various muscular strength and endurance exercises using a variety of equipment and movements.


When: Saturdays, September and October, 8:30 – 9:30 am

Every Saturday morning in September and October, join the Rise n’ Grind outdoor boot Camp! Go through a series of circuits and exercises to really get your heart pumping to start the weekend!

Fees: $75 per person

Squatober is a month-long celebration of everything Squat. The goal of this challenge is to do squats exercises at least 5 times a week. Each Monday in October, a trainer will lead you through a squat focused workout. You will also be given a “homework sheet” with squat challenges to complete at least 4 other days of the week.


When: Mondays, November and December, 5:00 - 6:00 pm
