Certificate of Occupancy
Approvals Required
These approvals must be received by the Development Services Department, Permits and Inspection division. Temporary Certificates of Occupancy may be considered as long as:
- All life safety items are approved
- All other required final inspections have been performed and a list of outstanding items is generated
- Each division responsible for approval has reviewed the outstanding items and agrees to issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
