Meetings
The Zoning Board of Adjustment and Appeals meets on an as-needed basis. When they do meet, the board typically gathers on the last Wednesday of any month in which requests for variances have been received.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment and Appeals consists of five regular members and four alternate members appointed by the City Council who serve staggered two-year terms.
