Donnie Hayes
Donnie Hayes has worked for more than 20 years as a parks and recreation professional in both the public and private sector.
Donnie is a Certified Parks and Recreation Executive (CPRE), who prior to coming to Missouri City worked as the Parks and Recreation Director in Fairbanks Alaska. He is a community leader who has diligently worked for a variety of communities in Alaska, Idaho, and Utah.
Donnie is a passionate advocate about the role Parks and Recreation plays in building community and improving quality of life for residents. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Alaska Recreation and Parks Association, and as the Scholarships and Awards committee chair of the National Recreation and Parks Association.
Donnie has 4 daughters and two sons between the ages of 20 and 10 that keep him happy!
