Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a dynamic martial art that teaches self-defense, promotes physical fitness, and builds confidence. Through BJJ, children learn respect, integrity, self-confidence, discipline, and work ethic. This class is taught by BJJ Brown Belt Oren Jones.
