At the Monday, Feb. 7 In-Person Regular Meeting in the Community Center, Councilmembers presented a Texas Department of Transportation sign to Carmen P. Turner, the first African-American female Tax Assessor-Collector of Fort Bend County; authorized the city manager to allocate and expend American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and approved an ordinance to amend the Fiscal Year 2022 Adopted Budget.
