- Approved an ordinance on the second and final reading, granting a Specific Use Permit authorizing the use of a 3.10-acre tract of land in the City as a Specific Use: funeral home; providing limitations, restrictions, and conditions on such specific use; amending the Zoning District Map of the City; providing for an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan; providing for repeal; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and containing other provisions relating to the subject.
- Authorized the City Manager to execute a construction contract with Yellowstone Landscape for the Texas Parkway Beautification project.
- Approved an ordinance on the second and final reading, granting a specific use permit authorizing the use of a 1.588-acre tract of land in the City as a specific use: development utilities; providing limitations; restrictions, and conditions on such specific use; amending the zoning district map of the City; providing for an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan; providing a penalty; containing other provisions relating to the subject.

- Held a public hearing to receive comments regarding amending the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan for water and wastewater impact fees in the Mustang Bayou Service Area and establishing a public hearing date to consider amendment of such water and wastewater impact fees.
- Approved a resolution of the City Council, amending the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan for water and wastewater impact fees; establishing a Public Hearing date of May 16, 2022, to consider the amendment of water and wastewater impact fees in the Mustang Bayou service area in accordance with Chapter 395, Texas Local Government Code; making certain findings, and providing for severability.
- Held a public hearing to receive comments regarding establishing new city council districts.

Appointments
- Nominated Shashi Kumar as the City representative and Todd Hoover as the alternate to serve on the Ground Water Reduction Plan (GRP) Committee.
Authorizations
- Authorized the City Manager to execute a Professional Service Agreement (RFQ No. 22-036) with Martinez Architects, L.P. to assist the City in design services for the City Hall Complex Generators, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.
Resolutions
- Approved a resolution authorizing the execution of a co-sponsorship agreement between the City and the Missouri City Juneteenth Celebration Foundation, Inc. for the 2022 Juneteenth Celebration.
- Approved a resolution suspending the May 2, 2022 effective date of the proposal by CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp., D/B/A Centerpoint Energy Entex and CenterPoint Energy Texas Gas - Houston Division to implement interim Gas Reliability Infrastructure Program rate adjustments for gas utility investments; and containing other provisions relating to the subject.
