- Held a public hearing to receive comments for or against a request by Missouri City BTR, LLC to make amendments to the regulations contained in PD, Planned Development District #112 (O-21-29). This item is to allow for a lift station as an allowable use; amend the development schedule, phasing plan, and site plan; and to the extent, such zoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom. PD No. 112 is located on the southern frontage of Highway 6, west of Fort Bend Town Center I, and east of the Oakwick Forest Estates residential subdivision.
- Approved (7-0) an ordinance on the first of two readings amending the regulations contained in PD, Planned Development District #112 (O-21-29). This item is to allow for a lift station as an allowable use; amend the development schedule, phasing plan, and site plan; and to the extent, such zoning deviates from the Future Land Use and Character map of the Comprehensive Plan, to provide for an amendment therefrom; providing for repeal; providing a penalty; providing for severability.

- Authorized (7-0) a payment for $2,868,802.93 to TC Houston Industrial Development Inc. for the Park 8 Ninety economic incentive agreement.
- Authorized (7-0) the reallocation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds previously authorized by City Council towards the Mustang Bayou Wastewater Plant Phase 2A expansion project.
- Authorized (7-0) the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract for the Mustang Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase-IIA Expansion Project for $3,379,900.00 with Hassell Construction Group, LLC.

Resolutions
- Approved (7-0) a resolution approving the submission of a grant application to the Texas Department of Transportation for overtime activities by law enforcement to reduce the incidence of traffic collisions, injuries, and fatalities by commercial motor vehicles; agreeing to provide matching funds; and containing other provisions related thereto.
