This program meets for 6 consecutive Wednesdays (May 22-June 26) and offers free self-management diabetes classes for individuals 65+* to tackle the alarming statistics of diabetes in Texas.
This program will be taught by Dr. Cynthia J. Hickman, Ph.D. RN., MSN/Ed. Nurse educator and Nutritional Health Practitioner.
