Certified Car Seat Technicians will be on location to inspect car seats and assist and instruct caregivers on how to properly install the car seat(s) in the vehicle and properly secure the child(ren) in their car seats. Event is in partnership with Missouri City Police Department, Texas Children's Hospital, Safe Kids Worldwide, Target, City of Sugar Land Police Department and Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office.

The Parks Board meets on a regular basis on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. and are open to the public. The Board consists of 13 members appointed by City Council for staggered two year terms. This Board serves in an advisory capacity to City Council on parks and recreation policy matters. Missouri City residence is required to be a member.
