Self-Defense and Jiu-Jitsu Classes

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a dynamic martial art that teaches self-defense, promotes physical tness, and builds condence. Through BJJ, children learn respect, integrity, self-condence, discipline, and work ethic. This class is taught by BJJ Brown Belt Oren Jones.
