Missouri City does not have a water department. Your service is determined by sub-division which will be provided by a Municipal Utility District (MUD)

All street lights are maintained by CenterPoint Energy. Please contact them for questions.

To report illegal dumping, please call the Storm Water Hotline at 281.403.8543.

7. Is it my responsibility to trim my trees alongside a city street?

Yes. It is the home owner's responsibility to trim the trees on his/her property alongside a city street and in accordance with the city ordinance.

However, if you live in a neighborhood with a Home Owners Association (HOA), those deed restrictions (rules) about tree trimming will apply.
